You can choose any song you want to be your media alarm on Google Home. In order for this to work, you must have the microphone on your Android or iOS device enabled, and you must be able to give voice commands to Google Assistant. Start by opening the Google Assistant App on your Android or iOS device. Then initiate a voice command by clicking the microphone at the bottom, or by saying either, "Ok Google" or "Hey Google". The microphone should turn into colored dots, which indicates that it is now ready to receive a command. Then say either, "Talk to Alarm.com" or "Speak to Alarm.com".

You can also control the volume by touch. To turn up the volume, swipe clockwise on the top of the Google Home device. To turn the volume down, swipe counterclockwise on the top of your Google Home device. If you have a Google Home Mini , tap on the device’s right side to turn the volume up and on the left side to turn it down. Tapping it ten times in a row will completely mute your device. When your preferred song wakes you up or reminds you what you need to do, you can say “Stop” to switch off the alarm.

Tap the microphone at the bottom of the screen. Verify you are logged into your Google account in the Google Assistant app. Your phone's Google Assistant has been trained to recognize your voice. It should then prompt you to enter your user name and password. Only issue I had was that prompt returned like it didn’t actually initialize with Google Home, but it actually did.
If you wait too long, though, you might have to say, “Hey Google, stop” instead. If you don’t tell your alarm to snooze or stop it, by default, it will continue to play for 10 minutes. Select “Allow,” and the Nest device will connect with your Google Home.
